Trevor Payne
As writer, production and producer of
“That'll be the day” Trevor is constantly
looking for new ideas to make the show
bigger and better each year.
Brought up in Worthing, Trevor and his
band supported many 60's groups at the
local hop and was inspired to get into music
himself. Heading for 'swinging' London he
worked as a model by day and sang in the
London clubs at night.
Touring with Medium Wave Band led to trio
'Fizzical', playing holiday camps, theatres
and extensive overseas
work.
From this grew 'That'll
Be The Day' and the
move into theatres
and concert halls
heralded a record
breaking 24 years on
the road.
Just how many
songs have been
included over
the years is hard to
calculate, but you can
bet Trevor knows the
words to all of them!
